Dr. Peter Ross Has Retired!

A Note From Dr. Peter S. Ross:

I am writing to announce my retirement from Northern Virginia Endocrinologists, as of June 9, 2017.  I look forward to spending more time with my family, and pursuing my hobbies.  Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.

In order to continue providing a high quality level of care, I am transferring my patients to our newest physician, Silpa Poola-Kella, M.D.

Dr. Poola-Kella is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA where she earned her medical degree in 2012.  She completed her internal medicine residency at the Boston University Medical Center in 2015.  She will be completing her Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center in June 2017.  She is a member of the Endocrine Society and American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.  She enjoys treating the wide breadth of endocrine disorders and has particular interests in diabetes, thyroid disease, pituitary and adrenal disorders.

Dr. Poola-Kella is a native to the Washington, D.C. area and grew up in Montgomery County, MD.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, photography, and spending time with her loved ones.  She is excited to join Northern Virginia Endocrinologists and looks forward to providing you with continued exceptional care.

Thank you,

Parking Lot Construction

construction coneThe garage and parking lot at our location will be undergoing extensive construction and resurfacing beginning May 30th. This construction is expected to run through the end of 2017. During this time our lot will most likely be full throughout the day. To accommodate all tenants and visitors our management company, First Potomac, will be providing free valet parking. Please take advantage of this service as it will likely be the quickest and least frustrating way to park and get to your appointment on time. Please note that the rows of parking directly in front of the building are reserved and should not be used by our patients. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as First Potomac continues to improve our building.

Northfax Project

Northbound route 123 will be closed between route 50 and Eaton Place until December 24, 2017. Please plan a detour route to arrive to your appointment on time. For more information, please visit the Northfax site.
